The Blue Man Group, who are an iconic American performance art company known for its euphoric performances combining art, music, comedy, and non-verbal communication, has announced that it will conclude its decades-long residency at the Briar Street Theatre in Chicago on January 5th, 2025.
Since their first performance in Chicago in 1997, the Blue Man Group has captivated audiences with its unique and immersive shows, featuring three blue-faced performers engaging in creative and often humorous interactions with the audience. The group’s performances have become a beloved staple in the city, drawing millions of visitors over the years.
While this marks the end of an era for Chicago, the Blue Man Group will continue to perform for audiences with performances lined up in Boston, Las Vegas, and other cities. Additionally, the group is excited to announce that it will begin performances in Orlando in April 2025, bringing its signature blend of artistry and entertainment to a new audience.
