The holiday spirit is in full swing as Chicago’s official Christmas tree now illuminates Millennium Park, near Michigan Avenue and Washington Street. The 53-foot Colorado Blue Spruce, donated by a Logan Square family, took center stage during the 111th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on November 22nd.

Hundreds gathered to enjoy a festive pre-show before the tree was officially lit at 6:30PM, marking the start of the season. If you missed the live event, you can still admire the dazzling tree, which will remain on display through January 8.
